To access your online exams, please log in through the My ICC Login Page

Account or Exam Access Issues

If you encounter any issues with accessing your account or purchasing an exam please contact the ICC Support team at with the following details:

Before Writing Your Exam

It is essential that you are ready to take your exam at your scheduled time. Please ensure that you have prepared your workstation and exam environment before your appointment time.

  1. No writing utensils on your desk/workstation 
  2. No scrtach paper on your desk/workstation
  3. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Online Proctored Exams. Please complete the installation of this program on your computer PRIOR to the examination date
  4. Before launching your exam, disable the pop-up blocker in your Chrome browser.
  5. Ensure that you have the ability to download and install programs on the computer you intend to write the examination on. You will be required to install a program upon connecting to a proctor — it is not available prior to Exam Day!
    • If you are planning on using your work computer, you may not have the rights to download the system requirements as needed. If this is the case, check with your IT support team to see if requirements will be met.
  6. Please ensure that you use a functioning free-standing or integrated webcam with microphone or independent microphone for the exam. You will use the webcam and microphone for the entire exam, and to pan your room.
  7. Your computer needs to meet minimum system requirements. Please verify that it meets the equipment requirements. If your computer does not meet the requirements, please make arrangements to use a different computer.
  8. You are only allowed to have one monitor during the exam. If you have additional monitors, please disconnect them, and ensure that they are turned away so that the screen is not facing you.
  9. Perform a System Readiness Check by completing "Test it Out". This will open a new browser tab - make sure to return to the Exams page to launch to your exam!
  10. Confirm that your internet download speed is acceptable. We recommend a speed of at least 10 Mbps; test your internet speed before the exam by using one of the following:
  11. You must test on a hard surface (not on a bed or couch), and watches are not permitted.
  12. It is recommended that your exam room is free of distractions and interruptions. If possible, ensure that your workstation positioned so that a closed door is behind you.
  13. You will need a mirror or reflective surface to show the monitor to the proctor. This can include a cell phone with a front-facing (selfie) camera. This ensures that no notes are attached to the monitor.

If you experience technical issues, which result in you needing to rebook the exam, you may be subject to paying additional exam fees.
